The April 20, 2026 federal court order granted a preliminary injunction against Act 900. It also describes the March 31, 2025 permanent injunction against Act 689 and the December 15, 2025 preliminary injunction against Act 901. These are dated court decisions; later orders or appeals can change enforcement. Check the case history before relying on these restrictions.

Organizations

Charitable solicitation registration

Ark. Code §§ 4-28-401–416

Organizations soliciting charitable contributions in Arkansas may need registration or an exemption filing with the Secretary of State. The agency’s guide explains the categories, financial thresholds, required filings, and renewals. An exemption is not automatic simply because an organization is small.
